Workplace Charity Fund - The Concept

Two or more people at work who have a genuine interest in the Community in which they live and a real desire to help people less fortunate than themselves, coming together to form a “Workplace Charity Fund”. The “Workplace Charity Fund” has control on who receives their support and that can include known individuals in their Community as well as Local, Regional and National charities.

By supporting and fundraising for the “Workplace Charity Fund” many charitable causes can be supported and therefore the “Workplace Charity Fund” enables the workforce to unite and focus their charitable efforts and at the same time foster Community Spirit. Many employers contribute to the “Workplace Charity Fund” in support of their employees and in line with their Corporate Social Responsibility Programme.
